Today I would like you to think about the following activities from the 'One Chance' booklet:

• Activity 6 - vocabulary - have a look at the grid with the words in from the story. Look back at the text and see whether you can infer what they all mean - there's a helpful box of synonyms at the end to give you some clues if you get stuck!
• Activity 7 - synonyms and antonyms - investigate the words form the text and their synonyms and antonyms
• Activity 8 - Likes, dislikes, puzzles and surprises - think about the whole stoey and how you felt about it
