Today we are thinking about the importance of our mental health. We are going to spend today being creative because this is great for our mental health! I hope today you gain some skills or practice some you already have that allow you to be creative and express yourself.
We are going to meet on zoom at 10am and 2:45pm as usual. The meeting code is: 724 757 6561
The rest of the day is up to you! I am going to put a series of videos and activities below that will encourage you to be creative. Pick whichever ones you would like to do.
