Reading

In Term 1, Castle Class will receive 1-2 wordless reading books per week to work on their comprehension skills. Wordless books are a vital first step towards learning to read. Please read these books more than once per week- practice helps your child develop their language skills!

Reading books will be changed every Tuesday. Please use the Reading Record provided to write down every time you read with your child.

Please aim to read with/ to your child every day- the more they read the better they will get.

PE

Castle Class has their PE lesson every Tuesday. Please come to school dressed in your PE kit and remove earrings and jewelry before you come to school.
