Diwali
In Lighthouse Class, the children have been learning about the Hindu festival of Diwali. The children watched some videos, which followed a child sharing how she and her family celebrate Diwali. They listened to the story of Rama and Sita and made Diwa lamps. The children also designed Mehndi patterns on images of their hands, and coloured in Rangoli patterns, to welcome others in.
