After a really successful competition last year, the Maths Christmas competition is back!

During Christmas, Maths starts appearing all around us – in decorations, food, songs and even in games and gifts.

Challenge: take a photo of something Christmas themed that shows Maths. For inspiration, take a look at the entries from last year under the children tab on the school website.

How to enter:  E-mail the photo, your name and class as well as a sentence explaining the maths you have noticed to Mr Kinnear at competition@st-richards-dover.kcsp.org.uk. You could be counting, adding and subtracting, or even identifying shapes, patterns and nets.

Amazing prizes to be won, including games and an Amazon voucher.

Entries are to be submitted anytime before Wednesday 8th January 2025.
