Swimming

This term, Year 5 will be going swimming again on Thursday afternoons.

Please can all children ensure they have their swimming costumes, towel and bag large enough to hold their uniform with them on Thursday mornings.

Reminder: long hair needs to be tied up please.

PE

This term, Year 5 will continue to have PE lessons on Wednesday mornings.

Please can children make sure they have their school PE kits (Red t-shirt, blue shorts and trainers) every week.

If children wish to wear an extra layer, they can choose to wear blue joggers and a blue sweatshirt according to the school uniform policy.

For hygiene reasons, please can those who wear tights ensure they have socks to change into.

Due to safety and inline with the school uniform policy, jewellery should not be worn, except for single studs in each ear. Please ensure children are able to remove their studs themselves.

Year 6 residential consent.

Please return the year 6 residential consent form as soon as possible. If you have any questions regarding the residential, please do not hesitate to contact me. I went to Kingswood in Ashford a few years ago with a year 6 class and am more than happy to answer any questions I can.
