Connaught Class
Today the children learnt about about the 16 Samskaras - Celebrations in Hinduism.
We explored what makes a celebration so special, and talked about a time when we celebrated something called a milestone.
We had lots to share and we decided to draw one of our milestones we remember, and wrote about how we felt and why it was so special.
we also looked at what a Holi Festival was and decided to do some mindfulness colouring using bright colours, just like they do for their Holi festival - the festival of colour!
