Term 5
English
In Term 5, our class text is 'Man on the Moon: a day in the life of Bob', and we have been learning all about diary-writing. We started off by using drama and other activities to get to know the order of the story. We then learned all about the features of a diary and wrote our own diary entries, as though we were Bob!

In Maths, Lighthouse Class have been learning to multiply and divide, using groups and sharing. The children have also been learning about halves and quarters.

Project
In Project, we have been learning all about how transport has changed. We were lucky enough to go to Dover Transport Museum, where we could actually see examples of vehicles from the past!
