So you've had a few days to think about the model text.... what did you think? Did you like it? I thought it was really surprising - often wishing stories have 'they all lived happily ever after' type endings, but this one was very different.

 

Today I would like you to think of your own story which has the moral:

 

Be careful what you wish for...you just might get it

 

As this is probably the last 'proper' piece of work we'll do at school - you can do it as a storyboard or comic strip. I've attached a template below - or you can create your own. Draw your illustrations, and then write a sentence or two underneath to narrate the story. Good luck!
