Year 5 - Properties and changes of materials
This term we have been using our science skills to compare and classify everyday materials on the basis of their properties, including their solubility, transparency and conductivity (electrical and thermal). We have set up and completed comparative and fair tests to answer science question. We have identified variables during planning, used equipment accurately, recorded data and identified patterns. We have used evidence from these investigations, to write a conclusions and suggest uses of everyday materials.
