General Information.

Breakfast Club is available from 8.00am daily. We supply and variety of foods but please inform the school if there are any special dietary needs or allergies

When the children walk through the gates and up onto the playground they are supervised by staff until 8.45am when the teachers collect them ready for learning. 

At the end of the day children are dismissed from various exit points. For security reasons they will not be allowed to leave until the teacher responsible sees the person who is to collect the child. If someone different is to collect your child such as a family friend or another parent, inform the school first, otherwise we have to check and confirm this which could cause a delay. Parents also need to inform the school if their child is permitted  to leave school unaccompanied we cannot accept the word of the child. This is to ensure the safety of all children. 

If you wish to use the afterschool club, then please contact the school office. Afterschool club is available until 5.00pm.

Once through the gates the children will walk up the steps, through the wooden gates and up onto the playground. Here is a picture of the wooden gates which the children will walk through which will take them onto the playground.

Reception September . 

This will be an exciting first day for you. Your child will be coming into school for the first time and starting their education journey. As this is your child's first day we don't want your children to feel a little lost on the main playground or feeling overwhelmed entering the school. 

We would like Reception children to enter the school in the same way. It is an important day so we would like the children (with their families) to use the same gate. From there you can walk to the Rainbow gates. The children will be met by a member of the Reception Team at the Rainbow Gates to take the children through the classroom. You can speak to the Reception Team at this point to discuss anything you are worried about. Here is a picture of the Rainbow gate. 

At the end of the day. 

Reception. 

Please collect your child at 3.10pm from the small gate. 

Year 1 and 2.

Please collect your children from the small gate at 3.15pm.

Year 3 and 4.

Please collect your children from the main gate to the school at 3.15pm. 

Year 5 and 6 

These year groups will use the blue gates where you can see the large bins and kitchen. Please collect them at 3.15pm.
