Hello Everyone!

Thank you for working so hard to complete the phonics assessments – I know this was a hard job!

From the ones I have had back, it seems like most people are quite secure in Phase 3 and 4 and some might be ready to move onto Phase 5 - That's great! I will keep our daily phonics sessions similar to what we have been doing. We will revise Phase 3 sounds and use them to read  Phase 4 words. We will also look at some of the Phase 5 sounds although we will take them at a slower pace as they are quite tricky! If you find that the Phonics is far too difficult for your child then please let me know and I can send some other suggestions.
