Day 7 - 17th December
Good morning to the Fantastic Kearsney Class!!!
I miss you all terribly and can't wait to see you again.
It is the last day of self-isolation learning. I hope that today's tasks will be enjoyable.
This afternoon, at 1:30pm Fr Jeff would like to say a prayer with the children. To make this possible we would like to invite you all to live stream into the St. Paul's via a web link. Which is in the section below.
Today is the last chance to send me your recordings of the Christmas song. It is sounding wonderful but I would love to have some more voices. The students who have sent in their recordings have all received lots of Green slips and House points for their hard work. I would love to give out some more.
Remember to email me how many times you have read at home so I can complete your reading worms ready for the draw on Friday.
If you have any questions or concerns today, please send me an email.
I hope you have a fun and creative day.
Today's learning is all on Times Table Rock Stars. My challenge to you is to see how many coins you can collect throughout the day. I will look at your totals at 5pm and see who the winner of the most coins is.
You can earn the most coins playing garage. You get 10 coins for every correct answer.
Email me if you need your log in information.
Please use Purple mash to type up your story.
A story for you to enjoy with everyone at home or by yourself.
Your task for this afternoon, is to spend some time enjoying a film. Our focus is to first look after yourself, to be happy and healthy, then to focus on the learning.
This task can be do either on your own or with those around you. It would be awesome if it could be a Christmas film. If this isn't possible, you could write about your favourite film instead.
Once you've watch the film, please complete the film review sheet. You can do it in your books. We can share our films on the 3pm Zoom call.
Enjoy yourself and I can't wait to hear what films you watched.
